Where is my nearest store?

We have hundreds of stores across the UK. To find your local store enter your town or postcode into our Store Finder


How can I find a telephone number for a store?

To find your local store enter your town or postcode in to our Store Finder. Click on ' See Store Details' and you will be given the store telephone number and opening times.


How can I find out the opening times for a store?

To find the opening times for a store, enter your town or postcode in to our Store Finder.Click on 'See Store Details' to access opening times for each individual store. Please note that opening times may vary during public and bank holidays so please contact your store directly to check in those circumstances


What is your returns policy?

It's our aim to ensure that you're always happy with your purchase but from time to time, you may wish to return an item to us.

Bargain Buys offers (at the sole discretion of the store manager) an exchange or refund on unopened items returned within 7 days of purchase. The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase and in its original, as purchased, condition. For health and hygiene conditions; food items, jewellery, liquids, grooming products such as shavers and hair brushes, underwear, swimwear, bedding and other items (at discretion of the store manager) are excluded. This is in addition to your statutory rights.


I have purchased a damaged / faulty item from a Bargain Buys store, what do I do?

Please take the product with your valid till receipt or other proof of purchase to your nearest Bargain Buys store, for the attention of the store manager who will be able to assist you further.


I am pleased with the customer service I have received in store, how do I get in touch?

We love to hear from you when we get it right. Send us an email or contact us via social media and we'll pass your feedback on to the store direct.

I have a complaint about an experience in store, what do I do?

Please ask to speak to the store manager who will help you with your issue. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, a complaint can be launched to our customer services department by emailing us

Bargain Buys does not sell large quantities however for anyone looking to buy in bulk, Bargain Buys has a sister wholesale website called Discount Wholesale
